Alison joined Horwood & James in 2006 and became a Partner in 2008.
In over 20 years of private practice Alison’s caseload has broadened to include commercial and agricultural property law including business leases and renewals, agricultural tenancies, residential site assembly and investment property.
Alison’s particular expertise lies in:-
- Agricultural matters including farm sales, tenancies and sporting rights.
- Business leases – negotiation of new leases for both Landlord and Tenant clients and dealing with termination and renewal.
- Securitisation and refinancing of commercial and agricultural property.
Away from the office Alison is a keen walker and gardener.
