Geraldine Maison
Geraldine was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 having worked in Central London before moving to Buckinghamshire in 1974. She became a partner with the firm in 1988 and continues to work with Horwood & James as a consultant having ceased to be a partner at the end of 2009.
Geraldine is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Geraldine deals primarily with commercial and agricultural property transactions.
Her particular areas of expertise include:
- Sale and purchase of commercial properties
- Sale and purchase of development sites
- Option Agreements and Overage Agreements
- The sale, purchase and letting of farms and farmland
- Agricultural tenancy matters
Her outside interests include music and bird watching.
