John joined the firm as a trainee in 2006 and on qualification in 2008 decided to pursue a career in the Property department.
John deals with all aspects of Property law from residential conveyancing transactions to commercial property transactions including shops, offices, warehouses and nightclubs
John's particular areas of expertise include:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Leasehold enfranchisement and the extension of leases
- Company formations and acquisitions
Away from the office, John enjoys playing football for Bedgrove Dynamos (whom the firm sponsors) and anything involving music including learning the acoustic guitar.
