Kathryn Leach
Kathryn qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 and joined Horwood & James in 2007. With over 20 years experience in Family Law, Kathryn can advise in all areas of divorce and family breakdown. Her approach is conciliatory, making every effort to reach settlement without the need for protracted litigation.
Kathryn is a Member of the Law Society Children Panel and advises and represents parents whose children are the subject of care and adoption proceedings.
Kathryn’s particular areas of expertise include:
- Divorce and financial issues arising from marriage breakdown.
- Children matters.
- Care and adoption proceedings.
At home, Kathryn has always had a strong interest in amateur dramatics. She also tries valiantly, but usually unsuccessfully, to keep up with her husband and daughter aged 12 on the golf course.
